Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. We take great care in crafting and packaging each product, and while we always aim to ship as quickly as possible, please allow up to 5 days for processing before your order is packed and sent out.

Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive a tracking notification. Please note it may take a few additional days for your package to be picked up by the carrier.

Shipping During Summer Heat

During the hotter months, we do our best to protect your order in transit. We typically ship Monday–Wednesday only to help avoid packages sitting in warehouses or on trucks over the weekend, which can cause the product to melt. We also add insulation and cooling items to each package when needed.

Even with these precautions, there is a chance your tallow may arrive with a slightly altered texture. Please know this does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product — only the appearance or texture.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. For damaged items, please include photos so we can assess the issue and make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
