Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right based on your specific situation.

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. We take great care in crafting and packaging each product, and while we always aim to ship as quickly as possible, please allow up to 5 days for processing before your order is packed and sent out.

Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive a tracking notification. Please note it may take a few additional days for your package to be picked up by the carrier.

Shipping During Summer Heat

During the hotter months, we do our best to protect your order in transit. We typically ship Monday–Wednesday only to help avoid packages sitting in warehouses or on trucks over the weekend, which can cause the product to melt. We also add insulation and cooling items to each package when needed.

Even with these precautions, there is a chance your tallow may arrive with a slightly altered texture. Please know this does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product — only the appearance or texture.
